Once your DECID has been created, you can use this log in to reserve conference rooms. However, before a reservation can be made, you will need to agree to and sign our DEC Room Reservation Agreement.
Download Room Reservations AgreementOnce you complete this (and drop off to Buddy at the front desk) you are more than welcome to book conference rooms. They are available in 2 hour blocks but exceptions can be made in advance - please see Buddy at the front desk.
*Please note that all reservations are “pending” until the front desk reviews and approves all requests. We suggest you select to receive an email once your reservation is approved.
